How can Shyp help me with booth logistics before and after the show?
Shyp will offer 100% free storage at our San Francisco warehouse and delivery to your booth at Fort Mason. Vendors simply needs to pay standard shipping and Shyp will take care of delivery. Vendors must send items for arrival at the Shyp warehouse from June 1-7. Pre-register for the service using the form on this page and attach information with their booth number to the exterior of all packages sent.
How do I offer shipping from the show?
In order to receive shipping from the show, vendors must register for a Shyp account and complete 5 sample shipments (paid for by Shyp) before West Coast Craft weekend to ensure success. Vendors also receive free packaging for 30 days.
Shyp will offer free pickup, 15% off ground shipping, 15% off packaging, and 25% off international shipping for any shipments sent by vendors from West Coast Craft.
How do I get customer orders to Shyp during West Coast Craft?
Shyp will have a kiosk on the show floor the entire show weekend to help with any and all questions around using Shyp, estimating shipping costs, and more.
Vendors will simply need to drop off any items to the Shyp representative along with destination addresses submitted through their Shyp account. We'll take care of the rest! Our only space requirement will be based on the quantity of items being dropped off. While most vendors will transfer items at end of day, Shyp is also happy to coordinate multiple pickups throughout the day.
Vendors must transfer items to the Shyp representative by 6:30pm.
