Shyp Support via Slack

Does your company use both Shyp and Slack? If so, Shyp's support team is conducting a beta test of Shyp support via Slack.

What does this mean?

If you're a business whose team uses Slack, you can now create a private channel between your Slack and Shyp's Customer Experience Team. It means you no longer have to proactively reach out to us for assistance, and Shyp support can be where your team collaborates and communicates.

Is the channel really private?

Yes. The private channel is closed to only the members of your team whom you choose to invite. Shyp cannot see other channels or members within your Slack account, and vise versa. You can add or remove members of your own team from the channel at any time.

What kind of support can you get via this channel?

Pretty much anything you already get via phone or email.

Do you qualify for the beta?

In order to qualify you must already be using Shyp on a regular basis and be within one of our current volume discount tiers. You must also have your own Slack account.

How much does it cost?

It's free.
