Web, in-app and email support
You can message us several ways. On web, click on the green 'Help' widget and then click on 'Contact us'. In-app, open the Help Center and tap on 'Contact us' at the top of the screen. You can also email us at email@example.com. Our team is available 9am-9pm EST, Monday through Friday. Business customers receive expedited support.
Business customers can take advantage of dedicated phone support 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Eligable customers will be given a direct line to a Business Success Specialist once they qualify.
Social Media Support
Shopify and eBay customers who use Shyp to send their sold items receive expedited email support. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or click on 'Contact us' from within the app's Help Center.
New Business Customers
