Web and in-app support
You can send us a message a couple of ways. On web, click on the green 'Help' widget and then click on 'Contact us'. If you're using the Shyp app, open the Help Center and tap on 'Contact us' at the top of the screen. Our team is available 9am-9pm EST, Monday through Friday. Business customers receive expedited support.
Phone Support
Business customers can take advantage of dedicated phone support 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Eligable customers will be given a direct line to a Business Success Specialist once they qualify.
Social Media Support
You can also contact us through Facebook or Twitter.

Integration Support
Shopify and eBay customers who use Shyp to send their sold items receive expedited support. Click on the Help widget below or click on 'Contact us' from within the app's Help Center.

Support via Slack (Beta)
If your business uses Slack to collaborate across teams, you can now use it to connect with Shyp's support team. If you would like to participate in this beta you can learn more here.
